See How Angie’s story of losing 70 pounds is JUST THE BEGINNING!

Our Clients are in inspiration to us every day and we love to share that excitement with all of you.  Our goal is to provide you with all the support and tools you need to get you on YOUR health journey!  We cannot begin to say how proud of Angie we are, and how proud we are of all of you!  We are happy to share Angie’s story below.  We are all in this together!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!

“I have lost 70 pounds through the body and balance program at Genesis, and I feel so happy to be able to play readily with my kids, participate in activities with more energy and ability, and feel able to enjoy each day versus being lethargic and depressed. I really, sincerely think that through the support, positive care and daily contact with Genesis I was able to be consistent with the foods I chose and the amounts I ate. The most significant thing I noticed was how my relationship to food has changed. I see so much more clearly how I used food to deal with my emotions. My addiction to sugar has been broken!!!

Being able to only eat “clean foods” and knowing that the supplements I was using were supporting my body uniquely in a way it needed; I was able to feel significant changes in my moods and become much more emotionally regulated. Throughout the program, I felt more consistent energy in my days, way less mood swings, increased ability to focus on my work, and if I hit a discouraging moment or day the people at Genesis were able to help me keep the long term perspective in getting my health back. I feel so much better emotionally, physically and spiritually. I am sincerely grateful for this program, Todd Cadwell and all the people at Genesis who helped me get my health back and know how to keep it. Even as I write this I am humbled and surprised at how much I have changed and how much better my life is from going through this Body N Balance process. Thank you Genesis!!! “
