Nucleotides – A Simple Way To Boost Our Immune System

Nucleotides are tiny building blocks of nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) which serve as the blueprints for all the cells in our body and also appear to be essential for nearly all of our body’s biological processes.

And now, as it relates specifically to immune function, research on Nucleotides is showing us that these building blocks are functioning as cell signalers and enzyme cofactors to help keep our immune systems strong and prepared to do battle when necessary.

And even though it is estimated that all cells in our body contain over 6 billion nucleotides and will produce them as a normal function it is also important to know that when we are hit with a stressor, such as immune challenges, sickness, poor nutrition or tissue injury that our body’s production of nucleotides will be reduced and/or rapidly depleted.

A great way to replenish these impaired or depleted stores to keep your immune system prepared is with supplemental nucleotides.  A high quality nucleotide supplement will help the body to replenish or maintain its depleted stores of nucleotides during these periods of immune stress and/or necessary cell or tissue repair.  In addition, supporting the body with supplemental nucleotides may help with healthy protein synthesis while simultaneously promoting cell energy, for example, the nucleotide adenosine is part of the molecule Adenosine Tri-Phosphate (ATP), a vitally important molecule for energy in the body.

If you want the immune boosting and energy promoting benefits of a supplemental nucleotide I recommend our NucleoImmune.
