Reduce Sugar Consumption – A Simple Way To Boost Our Immune System
I think any of you that are reading this are extremely aware of the negative impact sugar has on our immune system and ultimately our overall health…..so as an effort to not offend your intelligence I would like to make today somewhat short and sweet with the intent of this being a reminder and giving you some links to visit that may help to reinforce for you how incredibly damaging sugar is.
And even though the vast majority of people (including you) know this, especially here in America, our reality has become that of a culture whose diet consists mostly of sugary and highly processed food like products that are loaded with chemicals.
And these ‘pretend foods’ that are loaded with excess sugar not only make us more susceptible to a compromised immune system and sickness but these sugary foods are also a major cause of the metabolic issues and syndrome’s that are driving chronic disease killers like, heart disease, diabetes, obesity and cancer…
…..and BTW, you really want to avoid high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), which is made from corn and added to just about all of the previously mentioned sugary and processed food like products you eat and drink.
WHY? Because HFCS is metabolized like alcohol in our body and it’s a major contributor to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in both children and adults, along with all the other known disease conditions caused by excess sugar.
