For this football playoff and championship weekend, show everyone what a “fungi” you can be by making this Beef Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Cap recipe.  It will be a feather in your cap.

Beef Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps

• 1 lb Grass-fed Ground Beef
• 8 Caps Lg Portobello Mushrooms
• ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
• ¼ tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
• 1 tsp Pink Salt
• ¼ tsp Black Pepper
• ½ cup Onions diced small
• 2 Cloves Garlic minced
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Spoon out the innards of the mushroom and put in a bowl
3. Mix in ground beef, spices, onions and garlic
4. Place mushroom caps in a large baking pan
5. Stuff beef mixture into mushroom caps and bake for 20-25 minutes
